Zombie World: Unity, consistently top three in the Starcraft Arcade, is the successor to Zombie World and is still receiving updates. General Info
This game utilizes three in-game resources: Minerals, Vespene and Talent Points. Minerals are used to purchase hero upgrades, shown in the upgrades menu in the command cards and accessible via button press or the keyboard shortcut ("v" by default).
Vespene is used to purchase hero buffs, accessible via standing on sale points found on the map. All upgrades cost 500 vespene, apart from two character specific buffs at the very bottom of the map which cost 1000 vespene each. Vespene buffs are lost upon death.
Use the "-status" command in-game to display the locations and costs of any upgrades you have yet to purchase. Talent Points are used to purchase bonuses that apply to your hero across games. They are earned for killing bosses, winning games and progressing through waves. The talent point screen is accessible via the "show stats" button above the unit command cards in the bottom right of the screen.
Heroes also gain experience in-game, gaining buffs per level attained. These buffs are listed in the level buffs screen, accessible via the "levels" button above the minimap in the bottom left side of the screen. Hero levels are lost on death.
The only things transferred between games are Talent Points and Kills.

Upon your first spawn, you will be able to choose any of the first tier heroes of each class; the requirements for each higher stage hero is stated in its respective panel. Players enjoy a brief period of untargetability and invulnerability upon spawn to enable better positioning.
There are three resource boost zones on the map: on the left, right and centre, providing bonuses to Minerals, Vespene, and both + Experience respectively. In the bottom corners of the map, minibosses patrol and routinely respawn, providing a source of talent points and experience. In the top left corner of the map, the bosses of each boss wave will spawn and make their way towards the players. Just above the maze in the center of the map is a small store, usable by standing on the nearby plate. The upgrades here are available for all heroes, and cost 150,000 minerals and 15,000 vespene; although these late-game upgrades are powerful, they are lost upon death. Accompanying it is a resource exchange store, allowing trades between minerals and vespene. |
